2026 marks the 10 Year Anniversary of Intentional You Coaching and Consulting. And as I expand my offerings beyond the Corporate realm, I want to reflect and celebrate our leadership impact over the last decade.

​My first focus had always been to work with Saskatchewan leaders, Regina in particular, however we have had the honor to expand our reach to serve clients across North America to unleash their leadership impact. ​​

In that time I have had the honor of walking beside so many amazing individuals. Those who hold senior leadership positions, and those eager to take the next step in their career. It has been so much fun watching them

build trust & safety to deeper levels with their teams & colleagues, and

lead organizations through some of the toughest of times, with a clear focus to lead with kindness, intention and calm.

​​The organizations that these leaders serve have been the beneficiary of their growth, as so many of my clients have since stepped up into more strategic and impactful leadership roles. I do not take credit for their growth, but celebrate it! I had the opportunity to hold space for them, kick their asses, witness their growth, help them see the wisdom through their challenges, and celebrate their efforts and achievements. ​​​This is the reason Intentional You is expanding! We have incorporated a space to focus on your true leadership potential, which comes from a place of stillness. The majority of my clients were already using some form of meditation app, were seeking alternative healing solutions to manage their stress and had a love/hate relationship with silence.
Because of an increasing need to slow the f down, Intentional You has partnered with a Chef turned Mystic Yogi to provide Intentional You clients a trusted and safe space, if they choose to go inwards and unleash their deepest leadership potential.

​I so deeply thank and honor each of you that I have worked with in that last 10 years, it has been an amazing journey and would not have happened without your courage to do your own work. ​​I am so excited to see what the impact will be in the next 10 years with this new blended focus on both our external and internal worlds unfolds.
